Noted mentor and life coach Jay Feldman says, "Most diets work, be it Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, etc; yet most people eventually yo-yo back to their previous weight—and a lot more. Why? Is it because they cheat on their diets or get sloppy during maintenance? Well, sure, but you already know that and still you can't maintain your desired weight.

"In preparation for this work, I read through a great many books and articles related to weight loss and found that they were all about various food combinations, menus, foods to be avoided and the like. None—and I mean not one—talked about the most important aspect of weight loss and control.

"Weight gain is natural. One hundred thousand years ago, humans were hunter-gatherers. They experienced feast and famine. The successful people were those that put on enough weight during the good years to survive the lean years. We are the descendants of those survivors. Today, however, more than half of our fellow citizens are dangerously overweight, and that is certainly not what Mother Nature intended. What's happened?

"Well, it's a combination of things: stress, frustration, our sedentary lifestyle, and, of course, virtually no lean times—but, again, you know all this. You've heard it over and over. What do I have to offer that's worth learning?"

In this remarkable work, Feldman opens the gateway to the person "you were supposed to be." With wisdom and reason—not worthless rhetoric or oversimplified ideas and half-truths—he may change your life and, conceivably, in less than an hour.

Really? You and I watch authors pushing their diet books in TV interviews; we see display ads for one weight loss plan or another in almost every newspaper and magazine we read—but is there any real proof that these diets work long term? Moreover, is there any basis to claims that your weight loss will be permanent?
